Spices contribute rich flavor to food without adding any calories, fat, sugar or salt. In addition, research is showing that spices contribute to health just as much as fruits and vegetables, providing anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anti-bacterial and anti-viral properties.
Spices include cardamom, cinnamon, allspice, cloves, nutmeg, pepper, turmeric, ginger, mace, saffron, vanilla, cumin, dill seed and more.

Herbs are small plants that have a fleshy or juicy stem when they are young. The stems of some herbs develop hard, woody tissue when they grow old. Most herbs are perennials. This means that the tops of the plants die each growing season, but the roots remain alive and produce new plants year after year.
Aloe, Tulsi, Neem, Turmeric and Ginger are several herbs.

Dry fruits are rich in minerals, proteins, fibre and vitamins add to that they are tasty and delicious too. Dry fruits are excellent and healthy substitute for daily snacks. Consumption of dry fruits enhances energy and stamina; also as they are rich in fibre which means better digestion and overall health.
